Louise's Champagne® Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 Champagne® mango, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
- Optional: Sugar, to taste
Instructions:
Cut the mango in two halves and scoop the pulp out with a spoon. Mix all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
