Louise's Champagne® Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 Champagne® mango, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional: Sugar, to taste

Instructions:

Cut the mango in two halves and scoop the pulp out with a spoon. Mix all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.  Enjoy!
