Champagne® Mango Scorpion

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Anejo Rum
- 1 oz Brandy
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Champagne® mango, pureed
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (sugar water)
- 1 cup ice, crushed
- Optional: Cherry, orange or mango slices for garnish
- Glassware: Looks great if you use an old fashioned glass
Instructions:
In a bowl, crush the cherry and orange with the ice and simple syrup. Add the rum, brandy, lemon juice, stir well and serve immediately. Garnish glass with a cherry and orange or a mango slice through a toothpick or cocktail pick if you wish.
