Champagne® Mango Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz light rum
  • Juice of 1 key lime
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbs pureed champagne® mango
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Ice
  • 4 oz club soda

Instructions:

Combine the rum, lime, sugar, mango and mint in a glass and smash together with a wooden spoon until the mint is crushed evenly. Fill glass half way with ice cubes and then add the club soda. Garnish with a slice of lime and serve.
