Chilled Champagne® Mango Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 Champagne® mangos, peeled and seeded
  • 1.5 cups half and half
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp fresh mint, minced

Instructions:

Serves 4

Place mango, lime and mint in a blender and puree till smooth. Next, add in half and half and the sour cream, mixing well. Serve and garnish (optional) with a drop of sour cream and a mint sprig.
