Lucy's Champagne® Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3 champagne® mangos, peeled and seeded
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk (regular or soy)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: 2 oz. Coconut flavored rum
Instructions:
Serves 2
Combine all ingredients in a large blender until well mixed and smooth. Transfer to a glass, sip and enjoy!
