Lucy's Champagne® Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 champagne® mangos, peeled and seeded
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (regular or soy)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 2 oz. Coconut flavored rum

Instructions:

Serves 2

Combine all ingredients in a large blender until well mixed and smooth. Transfer to a glass, sip and enjoy!
